Dear diary,
As I'm writing this I'm thinking about all of the other girls and boys in the world that suffer with the same thing as me..anxiety. I dread the word 'anxiety', like none other in the English dictionary.
I want everyone in this small but overwhelming world to know that they are not alone...at . all!
Depression...another word I hate.
You will only know how it feels until it has overcome you too. It comes at you, thrashing its knife and pierces you in the heart, only to leave a hole where it lay. Its scary and you feel alone...But to all of you out there...you are not alone.
If I was with these other people right now, I would smile and then I would give them an assuring hug. kindness can work many uplifting miracles in one's lonesome yet precious life. Don't underestimate the power of a simple smile.
